The top cities in the index, in descending order, are London, New York, Sydney, Singapore, and Zurich.
One of the main advisory firms involved in the world for “golden visas” has launched an index ranking cities in terms of how well they score for residency-by-investment.
Henley & Partners, working with Deep Knowledge Analytics, has launched what it calls the Best Residence-by-Investment Cities for Business Index. The index measures 25 major cities around the world where international entrepreneurs, company owners, professionals, and high net worth individuals can acquire residency through investment migration programmes.
Users can select factors that matter most to them to choose the best location for their headquarters, executives, employees, themselves and their families.
This collaboration between Deep Knowledge Analytics, a subsidiary of Deep Knowledge Group, and Henley & Partners, draws on data, including Deep Knowledge Analytics’ COVID-19 City Safety Ranking and Henley’s Global Residence Program Index, published in Investment Migration Programs 2021. It taps into more than 1,000 data points. It looks at categories which represent the most pressing relocation considerations: lifestyle, tax, education, real estate, healthcare, security, infrastructure, and stability, as well as COVID safety and the relevant investment migration programme.
The top cities in the index, in descending order, are London, New York, Sydney, Singapore, and Zurich.
